THE BASICS

What is Sanduq?
An app that keeps the single-file HTML apps your AI makes you, and runs them like real apps on your phone, each with its own icon.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. Ask your AI for "a single HTML file", save or share it to Sanduq, and you're done.
Which AI tools work?
Any of them. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and others all make HTML files. So do people. If it is HTML, Sanduq can run it.
What kinds of apps run?
If it opens in a browser on its own, it runs in Sanduq: calculators, games, trackers, flashcards, timers, dashboards. Files can be up to 5 MB.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once an app is in, it runs without a signal. Fonts or libraries it borrows from the web can be downloaded once during import. Link apps are the exception: they need a connection.

PRIVACY

Can an app reach the internet?
Not until you allow a specific website. The first time an app tries, Sanduq asks you, and blocked is the default.
Where are my apps kept?
On your phone. Cloud backup will come later with Pro, and it will be off until you turn it on.
Can you see my apps?
No. We never see what you import.

FREE AND PRO

Is Sanduq free?
Yes. Sanduq is free while it is in testing.
What does Pro add?
Pro comes later, with cloud backup and more, such as loading website artifacts. There is nothing to buy today.
What are website artifacts?
Some AI tools publish what they make as a web link. Loading those into your library so they live alongside your other apps is planned for Pro, which comes later.

LAUNCH

When can I get it?
Android is in closed testing now, and iPhone comes later. Join the waitlist and we will email you once it is ready for your phone.
What is the Community Library?
A shelf of apps other people have made and shared, ready to add to your box. It opens after launch.
